Before we arrived, this whole project was organised by a time consuming database. It was especially slow when maintaining the data and producing monthly reports by hand.
After analysing the way the users worked and listening to what they wanted, we created a piece of software that re-organised their system in a more efficient manner. We created a simple interface making data easy to input and find. Importantly we made sure that complicated multiple reports were produced with a click of a button!

The 'Older & Bolder' project was set up to target people aged 50 and over to get them back in to employment.
